Position Overview
We are seeking a highly strategic and innovative Creative Director to lead the Creative Department under the Marketing Division. This role requires a strong background in both agency and client-side environments, with proven expertise in developing and executing impactful creative campaigns that drive brand growth.The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in English as a professional working language
Key Responsibilities:
Creative Leadership
Lead the development of innovative creative concepts, visual direction, and campaign strategies aligned with brand objectives.
Oversee the full creative process from ideation to final production, ensuring high quality delivery across all marketing channels.
Provide clear creative direction, mentorship, and feedback to designers, copywriters, and cross-functional creative teams.
User Research & Insights
Apply user research methodologies to deeply understand audience needs, preferences, and behaviors.
Segment target audiences effectively (e.g., gender-based differences, generational differences, consumer journey mapping).
Translate research insights into actionable creative strategies that resonate with specific target groups. Creative Process & Validation
Establish a structured creative workflow:
- Ideation Generate and evaluate creative ideas based on brand strategy and research.
- Methodology & Validation Develop frameworks and validate concepts through structured testing, feedback loops, and market analysis.
- Artistic Refinement guide the visual and design teams through execution, ensuring alignment with brand identity and market appeal and drive consistency and excellence across all creative outputs.
Collaboration & Cross-Functional Alignment
Partner with Marketing, Product, and Business Development teams to ensure creative strategies align with overall company goals.
Liaise with external agencies, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of creative projects.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Design, Communications, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
10+ years of creative leadership experience in advertising agencies and/or client side brand marketing.
Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in integrated campaigns, digital storytelling, and brand innovation.
Solid understanding of user research methodologies, consumer insights, and creative validation frameworks.
Excellent command of English. Proven ability to manage cross-functional creative teams and deliver results under tight deadlines.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
