About the Role

Reporting to the Senior Manager of Payroll, you will execute payroll for all Philippine employees. You’ll be the subject matter expert for our HRIS and the primary point of contact for all payroll, tax, and benefit inquiries.

• Full-Cycle Payroll: Execute end-to-end payroll, ensuring accurate calculation of salaries, bonuses, and deductions.
• Statutory Compliance: Manage all filings and reconciliations for BIR (Forms 1601-C, 2316, 1902), SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG.
• Audit & Controls: Maintain payroll controls and support internal/external audits with precise documentation.
• Stakeholder Partnership: Collaborate with Finance for month-end close and HR for workforce changes like new hires and promotions.
• Loan Management: Track and process employee loans (SSS, Pag-IBIG, DOLE) according to company and government guidelines.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, HR Management, or Business Administration.
• Knowledge: In-depth understanding of Philippine labor laws, tax regulations, and statutory contributions.
• Technical Skills: Advanced Excel and data analysis skills; experience with HRIS/Payroll systems (like Dayforce).
• Attention to Detail: Proven ability to maintain high accuracy under tight deadlines.

Good-to-Have

Professional certifications such as CPP (Certified Payroll Professional) or GPHR.
