Real Estate Sales Manager - South

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to lead, coach, and inspire our sales team to achieve business growth and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Projects under our South projects:

• The Levels - Filinvest City, Alabang
• Studio N - Filinvest City, Alabang
• Brentville International Community - Mamplasan, Binan, Laguna

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of Property Consultants/Sales Agents to achieve sales targets.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies and action plans.
• Recruit, train, coach, and motivate team members to maximize performance.
• Monitor sales activities, pipeline management, and conversion rates.
• Conduct regular sales meetings, field coaching, and performance reviews.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and business partners.
• Ensure excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify business opportunities.
• Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance updates for management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of sales experience, preferably in real estate.
• At least 1–2 years of experience in a managerial role.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Self-motivated, strategic thinker, and results-oriented.
• With a ready team of 3-5 agents
