About the Role

Calling all customer service rockstars! ?
IGT Technologies Philippines Inc. is looking for passionate and customer-focused Customer Service Representatives to join our growing airline support team in Pavia, Iloilo. In this role, you’ll be at the heart of the customer journey—helping travelers with their concerns while delivering world-class service and memorable experiences.

10K signing bonus is offered for selected classes starting this April.

What You’ll Be Doing

Handle inbound customer calls with professionalism, confidence, and empathy
Assist airline passengers with inquiries, bookings, and issue resolution
Provide accurate and timely solutions to ensure customer satisfaction
Document customer interactions clearly and correctly following process guidelines
Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and recommend additional services when appropriate
Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
Continuously enhance your product and airline industry knowledge to better support customers

What We’re Looking For

College Graduate (BPO experience is a plus but not required)

OR
2nd Year College Undergraduate with at least 6 months of BPO experience

Previous customer service or call center experience is preferred, especially in an airline or travel account
Strong English communication skills (both verbal and written)
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Customer-oriented mindset with strong interpersonal skills
Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems
