-Review and approve mechanical designs for PV module mounting structures, tracker systems, and balance-of-plant equipment.

Oversee fabrication and installation of mechanical components, ensuring compliance with specifications, codes, and structural integrity.

-Provide technical support to resolve on-site mechanical issues and ensure equipment functionality during construction and commissioning.

Qualifications/Requirements

Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline; Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred (or equivalent practical experience).
3+ years of experience in mechanical design/construction, with exposure to solar PV structural systems (mounting, trackers, foundations).
Proficiency in structural analysis (e.g., wind/snow loads), CAD tools (e.g., AutoCAD), and materials knowledge (steel/aluminum) for outdoor environments.
