JOB SUMMARY:

PT Staff are expected to enhance patient experiences and support clinic goals through exceptional service and community engagement.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Clinical Care and Treatment
• Evaluate patients' physical conditions to create tailored therapy plans.
• Administer physical therapy treatments, exercises, and interventions to promote mobility and alleviate pain.
• Adjust and document treatment plans based on patients' progress and feedback.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to determine optimal treatment plans.

1. Patient Relations and Care Experience

• Educate patients and their families about therapy goals, home exercise routines, and treatment plans.
• Address patient concerns and questions, ensuring a positive and supportive care experience.
• Collect patient feedback to improve service quality and communicate suggestions to the PT Manager.

1. Sales and Service Promotion

• Introduce patients to relevant clinic services and promotions that may complement their treatment.
• Encourage patient referrals by providing excellent care and promoting clinic offerings.
• Participate in clinic events, workshops, and promotional campaigns.

1. Administrative and Record-Keeping

• Maintain accurate patient records, treatment notes, and required documentation in compliance with clinic policies.
• Schedule and manage patient appointments, ensuring optimal clinic workflow.
• Assist in preparing and managing patient records for review and compliance.

• Clinical Expertise• : Proficiency in evaluating physical conditions, developing treatment plans, and administering therapy techniques.
• Patient Care• : Ability to provide compassionate, personalized care and educate patients on therapy goals, home exercises, and injury prevention.
• Communication Skills• : Strong verbal and written communication skills for patient interaction, teamwork, and documentation.
• Sales and Promotion• : Capability to promote clinic services, upsell additional services, and foster patient referrals.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy or equivalent.

Preferably 1-2 years of relevant clinical experience

Valid Physical Therapist license from the relevant governing board.
