Customer Service Representative

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via call, email, and other communication platforms.
• Actively listen to customers to understand their concerns and provide accurate, timely solutions.
• Handle billing, cylinder, and general account inquiries effectively at first point of contact.
• Clarify customer requirements and identify the root cause of issues.
• Provide appropriate resolutions, process adjustments, and follow up to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met efficiently.
• Uphold a high level of professionalism and empathy in all customer interactions.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate of any 4-year degree course.
• With good communication skills (a must).
• At least 6 months to 1 year of experience as a Customer Service Representative.
• Fresh graduates with strong command of English are welcome to apply.
• Strong problem-solving and active listening skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Customer-focused and detail-oriented.
• Willing to work is STA. ROSA, LAGUNA.
• Willing to work ASAP.
