Warehouse Pharmacist
To establish efficient and effective inventory management and uphold the proper storage management (cold chain) for vaccines. Upholding the 2-8 degrees temperature requirement all the time while in the warehouse.
Receives all incoming stocks and conducts physical count of all deliveries. Responsible in reconciling any discrepancies through proper documentation.
Conducts physical inventory weekly, monthly, and annually.
Analyzes inventory level per sku and provide feedback to FOM and SBM for any sku within the critical level. Recommends SKU for replenishment.
Record and monitor the temperature of chillers minimum 2x a day. Ensure that all products are stacked in an orderly manner and observe FEFO (near expiry stocks are dispensed first).
Ensures organization of pharmacy or warehouse. Acts as a warehouse manager of the smaller hubs.
Ensures that all licenses to operate are renewed.
Ensures that all product CPRs are updated, renewed.
Must work with the Regulatory Manager for FDA updates and compliance
Responsible for conducting risk assessment and change control assessment
Responsible in handling the product complains and product recalls.
Support immediate manager by directing warehouse/hub activities and oversee all aspects of daily deliveries and order fulfillment.
Monitors activities of work team to ensure that safe practices are in place and being demonstrated.- Must be a Registered Pharmacist
