The Opportunity: [Night Shift] Medical Records Specialist

As a Medical Records Specialist, you will manage and organize patient records for home health clients in the United States. Your responsibilities include ensuring accuracy, maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations, and providing essential information to healthcare professionals to support high-quality patient care.

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Pharmacy, Biology, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or other Allied Health courses with at least 1 year of clinical experience (fresh graduates and those without a professional license are welcome to apply)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Healthcare BPO experience with familiarity in electronic medical records and Medicare home health guidelines is a plus
Able to work independently and in a team
Willing to work onsite (IT Park, Lahug)
