About the role
Join the dynamic team at Sen Yeh Philippines Inc. as a full-time Document Controller in our safety department. Reporting to the Safety Manager, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and organising our comprehensive document management system, ensuring efficient and compliant operations at our Bocaue, Bulacan facility.
What you'll be doing- Manage and maintain the company's document control system, including filing, tracking, and archiving all safety-related documents
- Ensure all documents are up-to-date, accurate, and easily accessible to relevant stakeholders
- Coordinate with various departments to collect, review, and process new or updated safety documents
- Implement document control procedures and processes to meet internal and external compliance requirements
- Provide administrative support to the safety department as needed
- 1-3 years of experience in a document control or records management role, preferably within a safety-focused environment
- Strong organizational and attention to detail skills to maintain meticulous records
- Proficient in using document management software and MS Office applications
