HR Communications Writer (Hybrid)

• Handles internal communications to communicate deadlines and initiatives to employees effectively.
• Creates communication strategies to enhance employee engagement.
• Works closely with the team to help employees understand the company’s objectives.
• Responds to employee inquiries and addresses any issues they may be experiencing to help maintain positive employee relations.
• Writes and edits content for internal employee communication, such as memos and newsletters.
• Keeps employees updated on important news, events, and deadlines by creating announcements.
• Performs duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time by superiors and management.

Qualifications:

• Candidate must have a Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or any related course.
• Candidate must have at least 2-3+ years of solid experience in HR communications or similar role.
• Candidate must have outstanding English written and verbal communications skills.
• Candidate must have strong ability to communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Candidate must be wll organized and can oversee multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Candidate must be willing to work in Taguig City on a hybrid set-up.
