Marketing Officer (Real Estate)

As a full-time Marketing Officer at Chunnel and Channel Realty Marketing and Development Corp.', you will play a crucial role in driving the company's marketing initiatives and supporting the growth of our real estate projects in Bacolod City.

1. Assisting in the development and execution of comprehensive marketing campaigns to promote our residential and commercial properties
2. Collaborating with the marketing team to create engaging content for our website, social media platforms, and other marketing collateral
3. Coordinating with sales teams to ensure effective lead generation and conversion strategies
4. Conducting market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and inform marketing strategies
5. Tracking and analyzing marketing metrics to measure the success of campaigns and identify areas for improvement
6. Supporting the organization of various marketing events and promotional activities
7. Providing administrative support to the marketing department as needed

1. Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
2. 1-2 years of experience in a marketing or advertising role, preferably in the real estate industry
3. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content
4. Proficient in using digital marketing tools and platforms, such as social media, content management systems, and analytics tools
5. Excellent organization and multitasking abilities, with the capacity to work well under pressure
6. Keen eye for detail and a proactive, collaborative approach to problem-solving
7. Passion for the real estate industry and a desire to contribute to the growth of the company
