Job Overview:

We are currently seeking a diligent and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Collector and Loans Marketing. In this role, you will play a crucial part in conducting credit investigations to assess the creditworthiness and risk profile of loan applicants.

Key Responsibilities:

• Credit Investigation:
• Conduct thorough credit investigations on loan applicants to evaluate their financial history, creditworthiness, and repayment capabilities.
• Gather and analyze information from various sources, including financial institutions, references, and public records.
• Risk Assessment:
• Evaluate the collected data to assess the level of risk associated with each loan applicant.
• Make informed recommendations on loan approvals, terms, and conditions based on the findings of the credit investigation.
• Documentation and Reporting:
• Maintain accurate and organized records of credit investigations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Generate reports summarizing the results of credit investigations and providing insights for decision-making.
• Communication:
• Communicate findings effectively with internal stakeholders, including loan processors, underwriters, and management.
• Provide assistance and guidance to colleagues on credit-related matters as needed.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in credit investigation, collections, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with credit reporting agencies and financial databases.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Work Metrics:

• Timely completion of credit investigations to support loan processing timelines.
• Accuracy and thoroughness in assessing creditworthiness and risk profiles.
• Compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Effective communication of findings to internal stakeholders.
