Sales Representative

About the role

This is a full-time position with opportunities for career growth and development.

1. Proactively identify and pursue new sales leads and opportunities to grow our customer base
2. Manage and nurture relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business
3. Provide excellent customer service and support, ensuring a positive experience for all clients
4. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies
5. Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets
6. Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and pipeline management
7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor analysis, and product knowledge

1. At least 2 years of experience in a sales or business development role, preferably within the automotive parts industry
2. Resident of Cebu and knowledgeable in Cebu territory
3. Know how to drive (4 and 2-wheel)
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers
5. Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills
6. A self-motivated, driven, and result-oriented mindset
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
