Finance Manager - Muntinlupa

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Reporting & General Accounting
• Oversee the general accounting function and month-end closing process
• Ensure compliance with corporate reporting standards and regulatory requirements
• Conduct financial analysis, including P&L, A&P, CAPEX, Trade Working Capital (TWC), and tax reporting
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations and address discrepancies
• Manage fixed assets, including capitalization, depreciation, and tagging
• Budgeting, Forecasting & Financial Analysis
• Lead the preparation of A&P forecasts and related reports
• Conduct monthly budget variance analysis in collaboration with business unit heads
• Audit, Controls & Compliance
• Lead internal audits and financial controls assessments
• Ensure compliance with statutory reporting requirements and the Data Privacy Act
• Prepare and submit necessary documentation for external, internal, and tax audits
• Coordinate with the SEC and Board of Directors for compliance filings and meetings
• Tax Reporting & Audit
• Compute and file income tax, VAT, Fringe Benefits Tax (FBT), and other tax obligations
• Ensure timely and accurate submission of regulatory documents to the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR)
• Lead tax audits in coordination with tax consultants

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accountancy
• Experience: Minimum five (5) years in audit, financial reporting, and accounting functions
• Technical Expertise:
• Strong proficiency in SAP and ERP systems
• Advanced knowledge of accounting standards, SEC, and BIR regulations
• High competence in financial modeling, reporting, and reconciliations
• Software Proficiency:
• MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Key Skills:
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Attention to detail, organization, and proactive approach to financial management
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
