Responsibilities of Document Controller / Admin Assistant (SITE: TAGUIG CITY)
- Manage and organize all project documents and ensure proper version control
- Maintain records and document filing systems (both digital and hard copy)
- Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely submission and retrieval of documents
- Ensure document control processes are in line with company policies and quality standards
- Support project managers and engineers with documentation needs, especially in submission of the
- Handling Timekeeping of the employees at the site to be report weekly and
- Receiving the delivery and monitor the site inventory of incoming & out-going materials
- Perform other task at any given time
Requirements for Document Controller:
- Proven experience as a Document Controller/Admin Assistant or similar role
- Proficient in MS Office (e.g., EXCELL / WORDS)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
- With COSH Training Certificate is an advantage for TAGUIG CITY Site Office.must be a resident near the area.
