Job Summary:

Development and implementation of consolidated/total online marketing strategies to boost brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads using channels – primarily SEO, SEM, email, and content, focusing on data-driven campaigns, budget management, and cross-functional team collaboration to achieve KPIs and ROI.

The job also encompasses aligning digital marketing efforts with social media functions.

Key tasks include planning campaigns, optimizing digital assets, analyzing performance, managing paid ads, creating content, and staying updated on trends.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategy & Planning: Develop comprehensive digital marketing plans, manage budgets, and align digital efforts with business goals.
Campaign Management: Execute and optimize campaigns across SEO, SEM (PPC), social media, email, content, and display advertising.
Content & SEO: Oversee creation of content (blogs, ebooks, etc.) and manage SEO/SEM for organic growth.
Analytics & Reporting: Track KPIs, analyze website traffic, report on campaign performance, and use data for optimization.
Team Collaboration: Work with sales, creative, and product teams, and manage external agencies/vendors.
Platform Management: Manage marketing automation, CRM, and CMS platforms, and optimize user experience (UX) on web properties

Qualification:

Graduate of Bachelor of Arts in Marketing, or any business-related course
At least 3 years experience as a Digital Marketer (not only experience in Social Media or Content Creation)
Highly experienced with Google Ads, SEO, SEM
Knowledge or experience in Sales, Advertising, Marketing
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Creative flair. Collaborative.
Excellent time-management and project management skills
