What does this role entail?

The role works closely with the Compensation and Benefits Manager to deliver efficient and employee-focused compensation and benefits services.

• At least 3 years’ experience in payroll, compensation and benefits, HR operations, or a related function.
• Bachelor's Degree holder in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Psychology, or equivalent
• Proficient understanding of the Philippine Labor Code
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong payroll compliance, records management, and documentation skills.

What are the things expected of me?

• Process payroll accurately and within required timelines
• Prepare and validate payroll inputs and payroll-related information.
• Verify attendance, leave records, timekeeping, and payroll adjustments.
• Process payroll transactions relating to onboarding, employment changes, and employee separations.
• Ensure the timely processing of final pay, maternity pay, loans, and other employee settlements.
• Respond to payroll inquiries and resolve discrepancies or issues in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with HR, Finance, and other departments on employee movements affecting payroll.

• Administer company compensation and benefits programs.
• Support employee benefits enrolment, updates, and maintenance
• Administer statutory contributions and government-mandated benefits
• Support rewards, recognition, and employee benefits initiatives as needed.
• Process employee benefit claims, reimbursements, and related documentation.
• Coordinate with government agencies and third-party providers regarding benefits administration.

• Maintain accurate compensation, benefits, and payroll records.
• Maintain attendance records and ensure the timely preparation and submission of regular and monthly attendance reports.
• Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of employee information.
• Create and update payroll and benefits procedures to support compliant and efficient operations.

• Support compliance with statutory, payroll, tax, and company requirements.
• Maintain compensation and benefits documentation and procedures.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency.
