Job Description

We’re seeking enthusiastic Customer Service Representatives to join an exciting, fast-growing laundromat business that’s changing the way Australians do their laundry. In this role, you’ll be the voice of a modern, tech-forward company, ensuring customers have an exceptional experience across all service touchpoints.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service through various channels including phone and email
  • Handle customer inquiries professionally and efficiently, ensuring first-contact resolution whenever possible
  • Process refund requests and manage customer compensation scenarios with attention to detail
  • Maintain positive guest relations by addressing concerns promptly and professionally
  • Document all customer interactions accurately in the company’s customer service software
  • Identify and escalate complex issues when necessary
  • Contribute to maintaining high customer satisfaction rates through proactive service
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent service delivery across all shifts
Requirements
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Previous experience with customer service software and support tools
  • Demonstrated track record in customer service or guest relations
  • Strong capability in handling financial transactions and refund processes
  • Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment

Preferred:

  • Experience in hospitality or service industry
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking
  • Demonstrated empathy and patience in customer interactions
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Adaptability to changing situations and ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Previous experience in a similar role handling customer support via multiple channels
