Job Description
We’re seeking enthusiastic Customer Service Representatives to join an exciting, fast-growing laundromat business that’s changing the way Australians do their laundry. Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service through various channels including phone and email
- Handle customer inquiries professionally and efficiently, ensuring first-contact resolution whenever possible
- Process refund requests and manage customer compensation scenarios with attention to detail
- Maintain positive guest relations by addressing concerns promptly and professionally
- Document all customer interactions accurately in the company’s customer service software
- Identify and escalate complex issues when necessary
- Contribute to maintaining high customer satisfaction rates through proactive service
- Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent service delivery across all shifts
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Previous experience with customer service software and support tools
- Demonstrated track record in customer service or guest relations
- Strong capability in handling financial transactions and refund processes
- Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment
Preferred:
- Experience in hospitality or service industry
- Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking
- Demonstrated empathy and patience in customer interactions
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Adaptability to changing situations and ability to remain calm under pressure
- Previous experience in a similar role handling customer support via multiple channels
