As we continue to expand, we are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Accounting Assistant to support our billing operations for international forwarding and last mile delivery services.

JOB OVERVIEW

The Accounting Assistant will be responsible for computing shipment charges and issuing accurate invoices in a timely manner. This role also involves maintaining organized records of all billing-related documents, ensuring smooth coordination between finance and operations teams.

• Accurately compute charges for international forwarding transactions to generate client invoices.
• Prepare and issue invoices for international shipments and all last mile delivery services.
• Ensure invoices reflect the correct charges, supporting documents, and delivery details.
• Maintain a well-organized filing system (physical and/or digital) for all incoming and outgoing waybills.
• Coordinate with operations and dispatch teams to ensure billing accuracy and completeness.
• Support in reconciling billed transactions and resolving discrepancies.

• A graduate of BS Accountancy or any accounting-related course
• At least six (6) months related experience
• Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting or billing software
• Good organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
