About the role
As the Quality Assurance Team Lead / Supervisor at iOPEX Technologies Philippines Inc., you will be responsible for leading a team of quality assurance professionals to ensure the delivery of exceptional customer service. This full-time, on-site position is located in Taguig City, Metro Manila.
What you'll be doing- Oversee and manage a team of quality assurance specialists
- Develop and implement quality assurance processes and best practices
- Monitor team performance and provide feedback and coaching to drive continuous improvement
- Collaborate with customer service teams to identify and resolve quality issues
- Analyse data and generate reports to track key performance metrics
- Provide training and development opportunities for the quality assurance team
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a quality assurance or supervisory role within a call centre or customer service environment
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- Proficient in data analysis and reporting
- Thorough understanding of quality assurance methodologies and best practices
- Familiarity with customer service processes and industry regulations
