Job Description:
- Assist the General Manager in planning, directing, and overseeing company operations.
- Support in developing and executing business strategies to achieve short- and long-term goals.
- Supervise department heads and ensure all teams meet performance and productivity standards.
- Monitor financial performance, budgets, and cost control measures.
- Oversee company policies, procedures, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Identify opportunities for business growth, process improvements, and operational efficiency.
- Represent the company in meetings, negotiations, and business dealings when required.
- Prepare reports and provide recommendations to support executive decision-making.
- Lead employee engagement, training, and performance management initiatives.
- Act as the General Manager in his/her absence.
Qualifications/Requirements
Qualification:- Fluent in Mandarin both verbal and written
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent decision-making, problem-solving, and strategic thinking abilities.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities.
