About the role
Seeking experienced and enthusiastic ESL Online Teachers to join our dynamic team. This is a full-time, home-based role that provides the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home while making a meaningful impact on the lives of our students.As an ESL Online Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective English language lessons to our diverse student base across the Philippines.
What you'll be doing- Prepare and deliver dynamic, interactive English lessons to online students of all beginner and proficiency levels
- Assess student progress, provide feedback, and tailor lessons to individual learning needs
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and progress
- Collaborate with the teaching team to share best practices and continuously improve the quality of our programs
- Participate in regular training and professional development opportunities to enhance your teaching skills
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Linguistics, or a related field
- TEFL, TESOL, or other relevant ESL teaching certification
- Minimum 1 year of experience teaching English, either online or in a classroom setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate students
- Strong technological skills and comfort with online teaching platforms
