Affiliate Marketing Assistant (Recruitment and Engagement)

We are looking for an Affiliate Marketing Assistant for Recruitment and Engagement who will support affiliate growth by assisting in creator sourcing, outreach, onboarding, and engagement initiatives. This person will help ensure a steady pipeline of new affiliates and a smooth onboarding experience.
Main Responsibilities:
- Assist in sourcing potential affiliates across platforms (TikTok, Shopee, etc.)
- Support outreach and communication with creators
- Help manage onboarding process (guides, tracking, follow-ups)
- Maintain database of recruited affiliates and status tracking
- Assist in seeding and PR kit coordination
- Track performance of new affiliates and report progress
- Support engagement initiatives to activate new creators
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year experience in marketing, e-commerce, or admin support
- Exposure to social media or influencer marketing is a plus
- Familiarity with TikTok, Shopee, or Lazada
- Skilled in research and sourcing, basic data tracking and reporting, communication and coordination and time management
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Persistent and proactive in follow-ups
- Willing to learn and adapt quickly
- Positive and solutions-oriented
- Willing to be assigned in our office in Commonwealth, Quezon City
