Job Description

1. Ensures that all company properties within this AOR are protected against loss or damage.
2. Actively look for and identify situations and condition that will lead to the loss or destruction of company properties; and provides timely and proper reaction against events that may cause loss or damage to company properties
3. Records all his observations of routine and non-routine activities.
4. Accounts for and inspects all Security & Safety Equipment and Supplies under his custody for completeness and performs maintenance as prescribed by procedures; and conducts inspections of all company properties within AOR before and after posting and establishes their condition and reports any defect.
5. Synchronizes her time piece with the prescribed time of the compound.
6. Enforces the company security and safety rules and reports any observed violations thereof.
7. Reacts with timeliness to specific emergencies following the prescribed emergency procedure and renders a report of such incident using the prescribed Incident Report Form.
8. Reports 30 minutes before start of Shift for daily briefing.
9. Performs other duties as directed.

1. Age: 18 yrs old and above
2. Education: At least college level of education. The criterion may be waived, at the Client’s discretion, for former members of the AFP, PNP or equivalent public safety entity who have honorably left the service to be confirmed by the submittal of the original separation orders and clearances.
3. Experience: Minimum of one to two (1-2) years’ experience as a security guard or equivalent experience.
4. Height and Weight: standard height of 5’6” (males) and 5’2” (females) with weight proportionate built but still negotiable.
5. Health: Physically fit and without any physical deformities and shall pass standard industrial medical pre-employment tests for general health and standard Neuro Psychological (NP) screening test from a 3rd party testing agency.
6. Vision: Vision in both eyes must be correctable to 20/20; not color blind; and with good depth perception.
7. Hearing: With no hearing impairment.
8. Communications Proficiency: Must be able to speak, read and write English. Handwriting must be legible and with good report writing skills.
9. Character: Of good moral character and reputation, courteous, alert and without criminal or police record.
10. License: All shall possess a valid PNP-SOSIA Private Security Guard License.
