The Merchandiser is responsible for ensuring proper product display, stock availability, and merchandising standards in assigned stores or outlets. The role helps maintain product visibility, monitor inventory levels, and support sales growth through effective product presentation and coordination with store personnel.

• Arrange and replenish products on shelves and display areas according to company standards
• Ensure proper product rotation and monitor expiration dates
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of product displays and promotional areas
• Monitor stock availability and coordinate replenishment requirements
• Conduct inventory checks and submit daily or weekly merchandising reports
• Implement promotional displays, signage, and marketing materials
• Coordinate with store personnel regarding product concerns and display requirements
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends within assigned outlets
• Assist in achieving sales targets through effective merchandising strategies
• Report damaged, expired, or slow-moving products to the supervisor
• Perform fieldwork and visit assigned stores or areas regularly
• Perform other related duties as assigned by management

Qualifications/Requirements

• At least Senior High School graduate or College level
• With experience in merchandising, retail, sales, or customer service is an advantage
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Physically fit and willing to do fieldwork
• Knowledgeable in inventory monitoring and product display standards
• Detail-oriented, organized, and hardworking
• Ability to work independently and manage assigned areas efficiently
• Willing to travel within assigned locations
• Experience in FMCG, bakery, or food industry is an advantage
• Can work under minimal supervision and flexible schedules when needed
