Order Management/Encoder/Billing
- The primary focus of this position is to efficiently enter orders and delivery and customer inquiries. Responds to queries from customer and field sales associates in a manner that maintains customer relations.
- Essential Functions/Responsibilities
- Processes/receives purchase orders from customers for all QSR / Kay Division and give assistance to IN when needed.
- Prepares sales order for all QSR customers.
- Manage, monitor order status specially for those with concerns like ACB, Price Issue and / or stock issue.
- Prepares delivery receipts.
- Prepare billing for the deliveries made based on POD.
- Coordinates with logistics on the delivery of ordered items to be delivered on time.
- Filing/saving/uploading of all purchase order from customers daily in the document App for e-billing
- Advises/informs internal customers if there is a problem with their purchase orders.
- Primary person to man the printer and physical transmittal of delivery document to logistics
