This is where you'll shine:
- Lead and manage a team of sales representatives dedicated to handling US clients, ensuring consistent performance and adherence to KPIs.
- Provide day-to-day leadership, mentorship, and support to the sales team to foster a culture of performance, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Develop and implement sales strategies tailored for the US market to achieve individual and team sales goals.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on team performance, identifying areas for improvement and executing corrective actions when necessary.
- Conduct regular coaching sessions, one-on-ones, and team meetings to provide feedback, recognize performance, and align on objectives.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and launch lead generation campaigns targeted at the US region.
- Partner with the customer success team to ensure a smooth client journey—from prospecting to onboarding and ongoing support.
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscape, and client needs, especially within the US market, to refine strategies accordingly.
- Ensure team compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
- Source leads for business development through cold calling, email outreach, and social media, with a focus on the US market.
- Draft business plans and strategies for current and potential opportunities.
- Conduct market research and client surveys to gather insights on the US client base.
- Build relationships with prospects by initiating and maintaining multi-channel communications.
- Present company services and conduct follow-ups to advance opportunities through the sales pipeline.
- Manage 75% of the sales cycle, then coordinate meetings for higher management to close deals with key US decision-makers.
- Contribute ideas for business improvement and proactively implement changes as needed.
- Prepare and deliver performance reports and sales forecasts to senior management.
- Serve as the primary liaison between US clients and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
- Support the client services and operations teams in onboarding and servicing US-based accounts.
- Ensure the effective onboarding of new US clients, with a focus on long-term satisfaction and retention.
- Grow and nurture existing US client relationships to generate new business opportunities.
- Ensure prompt and accurate delivery of client solutions and coordinate with internal departments to resolve issues.
- Champion a client-first mindset and ensure all touchpoints reflect a high standard of service excellence.
What You’ll Bring In:
- Over 5 years' experience in appointment setting or sales for international, preferably US-based clients.
- Significant experience managing US accounts, with proven ability to engage and expand relationships with US-based clients.
- Excellent time management, organization, and multitasking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, especially in engaging US clientele.
- Deep understanding of US business culture and client expectations.
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and CRM platforms such as Hubspot, with experience in sales enablement tools.
- Exceptional customer service, problem-solving, analytical, and research skills.
- Willingness to work onsite during night shift hours (Eastwood/BGC) to align with US business hours.
