Assistant Branch head

Job Summary:
The Assistant Branch Head is responsible for supporting the Branch Head in the overall management of store operations at Silicon Valley Limketkai Center. The role ensures strong sales performance, excellent customer service, and efficient day-to-day operations.This position requires strong knowledge of current trends in smartphones, laptops, and accessories to effectively drive sales and assist customers with informed product recommendations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing branch operations and ensuring smooth daily store activities
- Support achievement of monthly and daily sales targets
- Stay updated with the latest trends in smartphones, laptops, tablets, and accessories
- Supervise and guide sales associates to ensure excellent customer service
- Assist in handling customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper stock availability and replenishment
- Assist in merchandising, product display setup, and promotional activities
- Prepare and submit sales, inventory, and branch performance reports
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and retail standards
- Support staff training, coaching, and performance monitoring
- Maintain store cleanliness, orderliness, and visual merchandising standards
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field (preferred)
- Experience in retail, electronics, or gadget sales is an advantage (1–3 years preferred)
- Strong knowledge of smartphones, laptops, and tech accessories trends
- Good leadership, communication, and customer service skills
- Sales-driven, goal-oriented, and adaptable to fast-paced retail environment
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, POS systems, reporting tools)
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
