Responsibilities:

Lead the entire recruitment journey for U.S. healthcare positions, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and successfully placing top talent.
Develop and nurture a robust pipeline of specialized clinical professionals to meet the demands of high-volume hiring.
Leverage cutting-edge sourcing platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, targeted job boards, and specialized healthcare databases to find the best candidates.
Ensure all candidates comply with U.S. credentialing, licensure, and regulatory standards, maintaining the highest quality and compliance.
Operate within a results-driven RPO environment, collaborating seamlessly with hiring managers, onboarding teams, and credentialing specialists.
