- Minimum 2 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance, with a strong focus on test automation
- Hands-on experience developing, maintaining, and executing automated test scripts using Playwright is required
- Demonstrated experience creating automation frameworks and implementing automated testing solutions
- Proven ability to independently plan, execute, and manage testing activities for assigned features and releases
- Strong experience designing and performing manual testing, including exploratory, regression, and edge-case testing
- Experience validating application functionality through API testing and database verification.
- Familiarity with CRM testing and automation workflows
- Ability to identify, document, and troubleshoot software defects throughout the testing lifecycle
- Experience working in Agile development environments with minimal supervision
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail
- Drive overall product quality by designing and executing high-value test cases for CRM applications. Participate in the full development lifecycle, including planning, design, test creation, execution, data analysis, and reporting of results.
- Own end-to-end validation of assigned CRM features, ensuring thorough coverage of business logic, data flows, and complex user workflows across web and mobile applications. Focus heavily on manual test design and execution, including exploratory testing and edge case validation.
- Perform API testing and backend validation, ensuring data integrity and system reliability across integrated services. Conduct mobile testing as a key focus area to validate end-to-end user experience across devices.
- Review requirements, user stories, and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback and define comprehensive test coverage and validation strategies.
- Create, maintain, and execute detailed manual test cases and test plans, ensuring high repeatability and strong regression coverage. Automation using Playwright (or similar tools) is required but positioned as support for regression and critical workflows rather than the primary focus.
- Collaborate closely with engineers to reproduce issues, validate fixes, and identify root causes. Participate in Scrum ceremonies, contribute to estimation, prioritization, and coordination of testing activities.
- Assist in defining quality metrics and continuously improve testing strategies, tools, and processes. Mentor QA team members on best practices and contribute to overall engineering quality and product delivery.
