Software Developer

This role ensures that business processes are supported through efficient and scalable systems, while providing technical expertise, troubleshooting, and continuous improvements to both new and legacy applications.

• Integrate different software modules (e.g., inventory management, production tracking, and accounting tools).
• Utilize SQL for querying, updating, and managing data—critical for tracking production output and material usage.
• Diagnose and resolve common connectivity or performance issues in both office and factory settings.
• Map the flow of products from raw material receipt to finished goods, ensuring software mirrors real-world processes.
• Identify workflow bottlenecks and implement digital solutions to streamline operations.
• Continuously learn and adapt to new tools, APIs, and frameworks, recognizing that adaptability is more valuable than mastery of a single technology.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Software Developer.
• Strong understanding of relational databases such as MS Access and MySQL.
• Familiarity with object-oriented programming principles.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
• Tech-savvy, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and innovation.
