About the Role:

We're on the hunt for a dynamic Broker Marketing & Design Specialist to supercharge our B2B broker relationships.

This mid-senior position is all about enhancing our partnerships through impactful marketing and design. You'll be a creative powerhouse, translating our marketing objectives into visually stunning materials that truly resonate with our broker partners.

If you're a whiz with Canva, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator, and passionate about equipping brokers with the tools they need to effectively promote our offerings, this is your opportunity!

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of marketing resources specifically tailored for our B2B broker network. Think everything from presentations and digital ads to brochures and social media templates.
• Utilise your expertise in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator to create high-quality visual content for various channels, including print, web, and social media.
• Work closely with our broker account managers to pinpoint marketing support gaps and proactively develop solutions that drive engagement and sales.
• Ensure all broker-facing materials adhere strictly to brand guidelines, maintaining a professional and consistent appearance across the board.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, from concept to completion, often navigating tight deadlines with ease and precision.
• Contribute to the strategic planning of B2B broker marketing initiatives, bringing fresh ideas and design perspectives to the table.

Skills & Experience:

• At least 2-3 years previous experience in digital marketing and graphic design.
• Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator.
• Strong understanding of marketing principles, particularly within a B2B context.
• Excellent visual communication and design skills.
• Ability to translate complex information into clear and compelling visuals.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proven project management and organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
