Resto Bar Cashier

A Resto Bar Cashier is responsible for handling customer transactions, managing cash flow, and ensuring accurate billing in a restaurant and bar setting. They serve as the financial point of contact between the establishment and its patrons, providing excellent customer service while maintaining efficiency and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Processing Transactions: Handle cash, credit/debit card, and mobile payments accurately for food and beverage orders.
• Billing and Receipts: Generate bills, issue receipts, and ensure all charges are correctly applied.
• Cash Management: Count cash at the beginning and end of shifts, reconcile cash registers, and deposit cash as required.
• Customer Service: Greet customers politely, answer questions about menu items and bills, and resolve minor disputes or discrepancies.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of transactions, daily sales, and cash flow.
• Collaboration: Work closely with servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.
