Graphic Designer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for visual composition, branding, and digital design, with the ability to translate concepts into compelling visuals. You will collaborate with marketing, product, and creative teams to produce high-quality designs for print, web, social media, and other marketing materials.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create visually appealing designs for digital and print media, including logos, brochures, social media graphics, advertisements, websites, and presentations.
• Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to develop brand-consistent visuals.
• Translate marketing strategies into engaging and effective design solutions.
• Ensure designs align with brand guidelines and project objectives.
• Edit and retouch images for optimal visual impact.
• Stay updated on industry trends, design tools, and software.
• Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
• Present design concepts to stakeholders and incorporate feedback.
• Work with printers, developers, and vendors to ensure high-quality output.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Canva, Figma, Sketch).
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.
• Experience with UI/UX design, motion graphics, or video editing is a plus.
• Knowledge of print production and digital design best practices.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to take creative direction and work independently.
• Time management skills and ability to handle multiple projects.
• Can able to work from Monday to Friday and every other Saturday.

Preferred Qualifications (Optional):

• Experience with web design (HTML/CSS, WordPress) or 3D modeling.
• Familiarity with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp).
• Previous work in an agency or in-house creative team.
