About the role
This is an exciting opportunity to join ABest Express Inc.' as a Management Trainee. As a Management Trainee, you will undergo a comprehensive training programme to develop the skills and knowledge required to become a successful store manager.This is a full-time role based in Batangas City, Batangas.
What you'll be doing- Receive extensive training across all aspects of store operations, including inventory management, staff supervision, customer service, and financial management
- Assist the store manager in the day-to-day running of the store, ensuring efficient and effective operations
- Develop strong leadership and problem-solving skills to effectively manage a team of retail associates
- Provide exceptional customer service and foster a positive in-store experience
- Implement and monitor store policies and procedures to maintain high standards
- Analyse store performance data and identify opportunities for improvement
- Collaborate with the regional management team to drive the store's success
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, retail management, or a related discipline
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service
- Proficient in using retail management software and data analysis tools
- Passion for the retail industry and a desire to grow within a dynamic organisation
