Client Relations & Compliance Officer - Ortigas/Makati - 70K
Job Description
We are looking for Client Relations and Compliance Officerto work for a client located in Ortigas but will move to Makati by end of year, 2025- This is an onsite work, Mon to Fri
- Shift is 9 AM to 6 PM
- Salary is up to 70K based on experience
- Must have at least 4 years of strong Compliance Experience with background on managing accounts/programs
- Huge advantage if have worked in the gaming industry
- Preferably a 4-year course graduate of Business Administration, Business
- At least four (4) years work experience in a similar role
- Preferably with experience working in the Online/Land-based Gaming industry
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
- Experience working with PAGCOR not necessary, but highly advantageous
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office application
- Act as an account manager and communication pivot between the company, 3rd partycompanies and government licensing body. To track, manage and maintain information anddocumentation regarding ongoing projects and workloads.
- To ensure internal and 3rd partycompliance to company polices and processes.
- To build and manage positive relationshipswith internal and external stakeholders
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Be the Bridge:
Act as the primary point of contact for assigned B2B
accounts, managing all incoming and outgoing information flow.
Relationship Builder:
Get to know your 3 rd party accounts, understand theirstructure, priorities, and concerns.
Meeting Maestro:
Schedule, coordinate and facilitate meetings, ensuring allrelevant parties are informed and prepared, full agendas are covered and nextsteps clear.
Information Architect: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, keeping track ofkey details, interactions, decisions, policies and processes.
Compliance Champion:
Oversee 3 rd party and internal documents, discussions andworkloads ensuring adherence to company policies and legal regulations.
Coordination Chief:
Provides assistance during preparation of integration, projectissue, revenue and any other relevant reports and coordinates with the concerned3rd parties.
Problem Solver:
Facilitate a smooth problem-solving processwith strongadministrative skills, regular follow-up, tactful communication, and proactivesuggestions to internal management using the information and insight gained asthe primary point of contract.
Audit:
Coordinates, schedules, attends and fulfils the compliance sections of the on-sitePost Audit Activities.
