About the role

GDV Business Services Co. is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) to join our dynamic call centre team. This is a full-time position based in Cebu, Central Visayas. As a CSR, you will be the voice of our company, providing exceptional support to customers through various communication channels.

Key responsibilities
  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and courtesy
  • Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely and efficient manner
  • Provide accurate information about products and services to meet customer needs
  • Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records in our systems
  • Resolve customer issues and escalate complex matters to supervisors when necessary
  • Follow company protocols and quality standards whilst maintaining call centre compliance
  • Contribute to achieving team performance targets and customer satisfaction metrics
  • Participate in training sessions and ongoing professional development activities

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate clearly and professionally

  • High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
  • Prior call centre or customer service experience is advantageous but not required
