- 1-3 years of experience in data annotation, image labeling, construction, or architectural drawing environments is an advantage but not required
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately and consistently
- Proficient English reading skills to understand annotation guidelines and documentation
- Reliable internet connection and access to a modern computer and browser
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Draw polygons and bounding boxes around building elements, including walls, doors, windows, and rooms, using a web-based annotation tool
- Follow written annotation guidelines accurately and consistently
- Participate in calibration and quality review sessions
- Flag unclear or ambiguous drawings for supervisor review instead of making assumptions
- Meet daily throughput targets while maintaining a high level of accuracy
