Overview

We’re seeking a creative and detail-oriented Web & Graphic Designer to support restoration and repair projects. This role involves designing and updating websites, creating engaging digital assets, and ensuring brand consistency across platforms.

You’ll play a key part in delivering high-quality visuals and seamless user experiences while collaborating with the team remotely.

Job Highlights

Hourly Rate: USD 5.94
Number of Paid Hours Per Week: 20 hours
Schedule: 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM CST (Houston Time)
Work Arrangement: Work from home
Contract: Independent Contractor

Side Note: Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and the arrangement is that of an “Independent Contractor,” the selected candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes.

The professional fees are on hourly rates and the rate depends on your performance in the application process.

Responsibilities

Design and update websites and landing pages.
Create visually appealing graphics, banners, and layouts for digital platforms.
Collaborate with team members to ensure brand consistency across digital assets.
Optimize web pages for usability, responsiveness, and performance.
Work on both new builds and improvements to existing web properties.
Manage projects via Trello and provide daily status updates.

Requirements

Proven experience as a web & graphic designer.
Proficiency in design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, etc.).
Knowledge of web design best practices (UI/UX, responsive design).
Basic understanding of front-end web development (HTML, CSS, WordPress or similar).
Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality designs on time.
