Ensures that all related government permits / accreditations are valid and all reportorial requirements are submitted promptly to the concerned government agency.
- Responsible to conduct Fire and Earthquake drill at least once a year as required.
- Responsible in the conduct of HASSECOM quarterly meetings and safekeeping of minutes of the meeting.
- Responsible for the preparation of appointment letter of new HASSECOM members with coordination to the HR duly approved by the General Manager
- Responsible in the conduct of HASSECOM orientation seminar to all newly hired employees, tenants and outsourced personnel.
- Responsible for the over-all function of HASSECOM and implementation of its policies and procedures.
- Ensures updated evacuation plan and safety bulletin are posted in the vicinity with continuous updates.
- Ensures that identified smoking areas are properly identified in accordance to regulatory requirement
- Responsible to conduct incident / accident investigation in cooperation with concerned HASSECOM sub-committee members, arrange police filling when needed.
- Handles assistance to injured person going to the nearest clinic / hospital when needed.
- Responsible to conduct inspection, monitoring and preventive maintenance program of firefighting equipment such as FM200, fire extinguishers, fire hydrant and fire hose, emergency lights, exit signage and first aid kit.
- Responsible to approve general work permit and notice to proceed prior to work commence of the contractors, service provider and supplier in the whole complex.
- Ensures proper storage of chemicals with proper labels and disposal to the accredited hauler regularly.
- Responsible in monitorin safety performance of the following external providers : Pest Control, Security personnel and CCTV service providers
- Responsible for disposal of waste, poor condition furnishing and other related construction materials and debris with the coordination to the purchasing section.
