Sales Associate (Retail) - Open for Fresh Graduates

JOB SUMMARY: The Sales Associate (Retail) will be the point of contact between the business and its prospects and clients. They will have a range of responsibilities including identifying customers. They will also support clients by assisting and educating them about our products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Engage with store customers to understand their need and offer personalized recommendations
• Conduct product demonstrations and answer questions on tech specifications
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge on products and promotions
• Respond to customer queries promptly, accurately, and professionally
• Stay abreast with online marketing trends and competitors
• Expand customer reach across different social media forums
• Provide ad-hoc support to sales and marketing, as needed

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate of any four-year college degree (fresh grads welcome to apply)
• Has good English verbal and written communication skills
• At least 30 WPM typing speed and has good chat etiquette
• Must be adaptable to a flexible work schedule, 6 days per week
• Open to be assigned in Greater Metro Manila
