About the role
We are seeking an experienced Cashier to join the team at Team Global Facility Solutions Inc. in our Makati City Metro Manila location. This is a contract role, offering flexible working arrangements to suit your needs. As a Cashier, you will be responsible for handling customer transactions, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring the smooth operation of our retail store.
What you'll be doing- Greeting and welcoming customers to the store
- Processing customer purchases and payments accurately and efficiently
- Maintaining a clean and organized cash counter area
- Balancing cash drawers and preparing end-of-day reports
- Assisting with inventory management and stock replenishment
- Providing excellent customer service and resolving any customer inquiries or concerns
- Adhering to company policies and procedures
- Previous experience as a Cashier or in a similar retail role
- Strong numerical and customer service skills
- Attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
- A positive and friendly attitude with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences
