RESPONSIBILITIES
Supervise daily logistics operations, ensuring all deliveries are completed accurately, on time, and within budget.Lead, guide, and monitor logistics staff to ensure adherence to company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.
Ensure all dispatched stocks and items are in good condition and protected from damage during transit.
Oversee proper handling, documentation, and endorsement of delivery items to Bebang Halo Halo stores and warehouse personnel.
Manage and optimize delivery routes using best practices to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs.
Monitor delivery activities, including checking, counting, and validating items delivered to stores, ensuring complete and accurate documentation.
Oversee the retrieval and pullout of products and materials from stores, ensuring proper documentation and safe return to the warehouse.
Ensure proper loading and unloading procedures in coordination with warehouse personnel to maintain product integrity.
Monitor fleet movement through GPS systems and provide real-time updates on delivery status.
Enforce safety and security protocols to maintain zero lost time accidents and protect company assets, including delivery vehicles and cargo.
Train and develop logistics staff on proper materials handling, safety procedures, and operational standards.
Investigate, evaluate, and resolve logistics-related issues, coordinating with the Supply Chain Manager and other departments as needed.
Ensure proper handling and processing of product returns.
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and operational readiness of delivery vehicles and warehouse areas.
QUALIFICATIONSBachelor’s Degree in any related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in Logistics Operations, preferably in the Food and Beverage industry
Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role is highly preferred
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Knowledge of logistics systems, fleet monitoring (GPS), and route planning
Willing to work fully on-site from Monday to Saturday in BGC
