About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to support our client in managing critical back-office operations. This role plays an essential part in ensuring accurate data management, document tracking, and timely processing of real estate transaction-related tasks.
Key Responsibilities- Track and monitor completion of transaction-related tasks, including:
- Title Exam and Tax Research
- Buyer and Seller Confirmations
- Lender and Agent Confirmations
- Closing invitations and documentation
- Analyze daily reports to process confirmations and updates promptly
- Ensure all data entries and records are accurate and up to date
- Identify and resolve workflow issues; escalate concerns when needed
- Meet daily productivity targets, including same-day file opening
- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather missing or unclear information
- Deliver excellent customer service through timely and professional communication
- At least 1–3 years of experience in data entry, back-office, or administrative support
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data management
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- High level of computer literacy (MS Office, data systems)
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced setup
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on the fly
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Experience in real estate or legal-related tasks is a plus (but not required)
