Position Overview:
The Display Solutions specialist is responsible for planning, designing, implementing, and managing point-of-sale and promotional displays to maximize product visibility, enhance customer engagement, and drive sales. This role connects marketing, sales, and retail execution by creating effective visual merchandising strategies and ensuring the timely deployment of marketing assets across various environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop innovative display solutions, including key visuals, signage, and promotional materials that align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
- Plan and execute merchandising setups in retail outlets, branches, or partner locations to ensure optimal product presentation and maximum sales impact.
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to source, produce, and distribute point-of-sale materials, brochures, freebies, and promotional units.
- Manage inventory and allocation of marketing units, promotional materials, and in-store displays to ensure availability and proper deployment.
- Conduct regular trade checks and audits to monitor display conditions, compliance with promotional guidelines, and overall store readiness.
- Support marketing campaigns and events by managing collateral needs, logistics, and on-site display setups.
- Collaborate with trade marketing, sales, and retail teams to develop strategies that enhance brand presence and improve customer experience at the point of sale.
- Collect and analyze data from retail activities and displays to generate insights and optimize future promotional efforts.
- Ensure accurate documentation, reporting, and budgeting for display-related projects and campaigns.
Qualifications:
- Experience in trade marketing, retail marketing, or a related field with a focus on display and visual merchandising.
- Proficiency in graphic design and document creation.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks and suppliers.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with different teams and external partners.
- Ability to analyze sales and market data to inform decisions and improve campaign effectiveness.
- Familiarity with inventory management and procurement processes.
