As our Customer Service Specialist, you will work with the Customer Service Department to ensure that our clients feel valued and taken care of by the company. You will play a crucial role in assisting our clients in navigating our services, addressing their concerns, and above all, making them feel appreciated and respected.

Responsibilities:

  • Conducting regular phone calls to measure customer satisfaction
  • Conducting PR or client visitations on a regular basis to ensure visibility and address all client concerns
  • Meeting with our clients for orientations, presentations, and to address concerns
  • Resolving all client concerns through calls, texts, and emails
  • Sending text- and email blasts to easily disseminate information and updates
  • Monitoring and looking for providers for more accreditations
  • Conducting monthly monitoring of accounts per client

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
  • Proficient in verbal and written communication
  • Skilled in problem-solving
  • Demonstrates patience and empathy
  • Attentive to detail
  • Efficient time management skills to assist multiple customers simultaneously
  • Ability to resolve customer conflicts calmly and effectively
  • Ability to learn about our products and services quickly as to more effectively assist customers with their inquiries
