• Associate's degree in Graphic Design or related field
• 2-3 years of experience in print production or pre-press work, with packaging experience preferred
• Strong understanding of typography and layout, with the ability to maintain design integrity
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy and quality
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and QuarkXpress on Mac platform
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Strong collaboration skills when working with Designers, Product Managers, Marketing Associates, and Engineers
• Self-starter with excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Assist in design and lead production of print files for packaging, installation instructions, technical drawings, and marketing materials
• Create layouts and production files for print and interactive media
• Coordinate with print vendors and factories to fulfill artwork requests
• Produce product images including photography management, color correction, and clipping
• Organize and maintain the image library
• Contribute to improving and maintaining creative services workflows
• Design collateral such as trade show signage, sell sheets, brochures, catalog pages, web blasts, and mock-ups
• Manage multiple creative assignments simultaneously
