Senior Desktop Engineer (Endpoint Automation Specialist) ?
We’re looking for a Senior Endpoint Engineer who doesn’t just support devices—but engineers how they behave at scale. If you think beyond tickets and love automation, scripting, and building systems that fix themselves, this role is for you.
You’ll own a modern, enterprise endpoint environment across Windows & macOS, driving automation-first solutions across thousands of devices in a security-focused, fast-moving environment.
What you’ll do- Design and deploy automated endpoint changes using PowerShell, shell scripts, and Intune remediation
- Build scalable, idempotent scripts for configuration, security, OS, and application management
- Manage enterprise endpoints end-to-end: provisioning → compliance → patching → decommissioning
- Serve as Tier 3 escalation for complex OS, identity, and endpoint issues
- Eliminate recurring problems through automation and self-healing solutions
- Partner with Security, Infrastructure, and DevOps to strengthen endpoint strategy
- 5+ years in endpoint engineering / enterprise desktop administration
- Strong PowerShell automation expertise
- Hands-on experience with Intune MDM and large-scale device management
- Deep troubleshooting and root-cause analysis mindset
- Experience with Windows 10/11 and macOS environments
- Passion for automation, not manual fixes
Bonus points if you’ve done:
- Intune Win32 app packaging & proactive remediations
- Git-based script/version control
- Self-service or self-healing endpoint solutions
- Work in secure or regulated environments
