About the role

Homecore INC is seeking a dynamic and organised Operations Assistant to join our team in Carmona, Cavite. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operational activities of our organisation. As an Operations Assistant, you will be at the heart of our business, ensuring that all administrative and operational processes run smoothly and efficiently.

You will be responsible for coordinating various operational functions, managing documentation, and providing essential support to ensure our business objectives are achieved seamlessly.

Key responsibilities
  1. Managing and organising office files, records, and documentation to ensure easy accessibility and compliance with company procedures
  2. Providing administrative support to various departments, including scheduling meetings, coordinating appointments, and managing calendars
  3. Preparing and processing operational reports, proposals, and presentations for management review
  4. Assisting with inventory management and tracking office supplies, equipment, and materials
  5. Coordinating with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth operational workflows
  6. Handling correspondence, emails, and communication on behalf of management and operational teams
  7. Supporting the planning and execution of company events, training sessions, and meetings
  8. Maintaining accurate records and databases to support operational efficiency and decision-making
  9. Identifying process improvements and recommending solutions to enhance operational effectiveness
What we're looking for
  1. High school diploma or equivalent; a diploma or degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field is preferred
  2. Proven experience working as an administrative assistant, office administrator, or in a similar operational support role
  3. Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
  4. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Filipino
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email management systems
  6. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in all administrative work
  7. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team environment
  8. Strong customer service orientation and professional demeanour when interacting with colleagues and external stakeholders
  9. Willingness to learn new systems and processes, and adaptability to changing operational requirements
  10. Problem-solving skills and the initiative to identify and address operational challenges
